Oxygen Permeation Analyser Model 8100

Manufactured by Systech Instruments Ltd, U.K. The instruments are used for the measurement of oxygen permeation rate (OTR) and water vapour permeation rate (WVTR) through permeable films with single test chamber. The instrument utilizes the proprietary Oxygen sensor to detect Oxygen Transmission Rate. With a purge time as low as 30 minutes and test time as short as 20 minute, this instrument is ideal for high volume production facilities. The instrument is easily calibrated to a certified N.I.S.T traceable calibration gas, which makes the test results traceable to current standards. .

Oxygen Permeation Analyser Model 8500

U.K. The instrument with single sensor is used to measure the transmission rates through flat barrier films, PET bottles and finished packages with two test chambers. The instrument utilizes the proprietary coulometric Oxygen sensor. The instrument can measure Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) with a measurement range of 0.008- 432,000 cc/m2/day (0.0005- 28000 cc/100in2/day) with precise temperature control on each chamber (5-50°C), precise humidity control (0-95% RH) on both oxygen and nitrogen. The instrument conforms to ASTM D 3985 standard. The result from the instrument can be easily compared to historical permeation data. The instrument can calibrated through standard certified gas cylinders and films.

Oxygen Permeation Analyser Model 8700

Manufactured by Systech Instruments Ltd. U.K. The instrument is a dedicated instrument to analyze the Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) in bottles. Based on proven oxygen transmission rate (OTR) instrumentation range, the model 8700 allows tests on up to 11 bottles or packages (or 10 and one master zero) to be performed at the same time. Ideal for production testing on modern high-speed forming lines and offering the highest efficiency in the laboratory.

Water Vapour Permeation Analyser (model 7001)

Manufactured by Systech Instruments Ltd. U.K. The instrument is used to measure the transmission rates through flat film barriers, PET bottles and finished packages with two test chambers. The instrument utilizes well proven electrolytic P2O5 (coulometric) sensors. These sensors offer a rapid response and very low level moisture detection. The instrument can measure moisture transmission rates (WVTR) with a measurement range of 0.002- 70 gm/m2/day (0.0002- 4.52 gm/100in2/day). Fully controlled temperature and humidity simulate actual or investigative climatic conditions making the instrument ideal for testing and researching both current and newly formulated packaging film materials. The instrument can be calibrated using both NIST traceable gases and films for versatility of film to film comparison and reliability of analysis data.
